Wollsdorf Leder is a pioneer in matters of quality production. Our products are manufactured according to the state of the art and in compliance with the most stringent environmental and safety regulations.

• In 1993 Wollsdorf Leder was the first European leather producer to achieve the quality certificate ISO 9001.
• In 1997 Wollsdorf Leder was the first tannery in Europe to gain certification in accordance with the environmental management system ISO 14001.

• In 2000 Wollsdorf Leder was the first leather producer in the world to be awarded the quality certificate ISO TS 16949. This quality award which is currently the highest of its kind is a combination of the European standard VDA 6.1 and the American QS 9000. It contains 332 specifications and was designed specifically for the high quality requirements of the international automotive industry.
  
• In 2007 Wollsdorf Leder was the first tannery in the world to gain certification for aviation and aerospace in accordance with the quality management system EN 9100 including ISO 9001.
• 2010 Wollsdorf Leder was awarded the certificate OHSAS 180001.
• 2011 Wollsdorf Leder was awarded the environmental certificate "Der blaue Engel".
